DEVICE FOR SHUTTING AND ROLLING THE FIRE PROTECTING SCREEN SHUTTER WITH CURVE TRACK
The present invention relates to a fireproof screen installed in a large building to block all kinds of dangerous substances including smoke and flames in a fire. A device for opening and closing a curved fireproof screen comprises: a curved supporter (10) installed on the ceiling of the building and having rollers (12); a winding tool (20) embedded in the ceiling of the building and having winding wires (24) moving along the rollers (12) in the operation of a forward and backward rotation motor (22); a curved fireproof screen (30) coupled to the curved supporter (10) to move along a guide rail (32) while maintaining the balance through a curved weight (34); gap maintaining parts (40) for setting the lateral balance of the curved fireproof screen (30) through gap maintenance cores (44) coupled to the curved fireproof screen (30); elevation guide parts (50) mounted on the curved fireproof screen (30) to provide a moving route of the winding wires (24); and a warning tool (60) mounted on the curved fireproof screen (30) to output a warning signal by receiving a signal of a fire detection sensor (64). The present invention removes the limitation to the installation place of the fireproof screen by forming the fireproof screen into a curved shape; thereby expanding a scope of application and increasing efficiency according to the blocking of the flames or smoke.
본 발명은 대형건물에 설치되어 화재발생시 연기와 화염을 포함한 각종 위험물질을 차단하는 방화스크린에 관한 것으로, 건물천정에 설치되고 롤러(12)들을 갖는 곡선지지대(10)와; 상기 건물천정에 내장되어 정역회전모터(22)의 작동과정에서 롤러(12)들을 따라 이동하는 권취와이어(24)를 갖는 권취기구(20); 상기 곡선지지대(10)에 결합되어 가이드레일(32)을 따라 이동함은 물론 곡선중량체(34)를 통해 균형유지되는 곡선방화막(30); 상기 곡선방화막(30)에 결합된 간격유지심(44)들을 통해 곡선방화막(30)의 좌우균형을 세팅하는 간격유지부(40); 상기 곡선방화막(30)에 장착되어 권취와이어(24)들의 이동루트를 제공하는 승강안내부(50); 및 상기 곡선방화막(30)에 장착되어 화재감지센서(64)의 신호를 입력받아 경고신호를 출력하는 경고기구(60)를 포함함으로써; 상기 방화스크린을 곡선형으로 구성하는 것이 가능해짐으로써 상기 방화스크린의 설치장소에 따른 제한이 없어져 적용범위가 확대될 뿐만 아니라 화염이나 연기의 차단에 따른 효율이 증대되도록 한 것이다.
