Fire protecting screen shutter device with curve track
The present invention relates to a fire protecting screen shutter apparatus (100) with a curved track, comprising: an upper long bar (110) in a shape of a circular arc; a plurality of rotary shafts (120) rotatably installed on an upper side of the upper long bar to be rotatable along a circular arc direction of the upper long bar; a universal joint installed to connect the two neighboring rotary shafts; a driving motor unit (130) installed on the upper long bar to rotate the plurality of rotary shafts; a fire protecting screen (150) whose upper side is connected to the upper long bar, and which is made from flexible materials; a round support unit (160) installed on a lower side of the fire protecting screen, which is in a shape corresponding to the circular arc shape of the upper long bar; and a string (170) whose upper end unit is connected to the rotary shafts and whose lower end unit is engaged with the round support unit to be wound when the rotary shafts (120) rotate, thereby moving the round support unit towards an upper side. The present invention aims to provide the fire protecting screen shutter apparatus (100) with the curved track, which is able to increase the application range of installation sites and to make it easy to manufacture on the site.
본 발명은 원호 형상으로 이루어진 상장바(110)와, 상기 상장바의 상측으로 상기 상장바의 원호방향을 따라서 회전 가능하게 설치되는 복수 개의 회전축(120)과, 상기 인접하는 두 개의 회전축을 서로 연결하도록 설치되는 유니버셜 조인트와, 상기 복수 개의 회전 축을 회전시키도록 상기 상장바에 설치되는 구동모터부(130)와, 상기 상장바에 상부가 연결되며 플렉시블한 재질로 이루어지는 방화스크린(150)과, 상기 방화스크린 하부에 설치되며 상기 상장바의 원호 형상에 대응되는 형상으로 이루어진 라운드지지부(160) 및 상단부가 상기 회전축에 연결되고 하단부가 상기 라운드지지부에 결합되어 상기 회전축(120)의 회전 시 감기어 상기 라운드지지부를 상측으로 이동시키는 스트링(170)을 포함하는 포함하는 곡선형 방화스크린 셔터 장치(100)를 제공한다.
