APPARATUS FOR STEAM THAWING
The present invention relates to an apparatus for thawing steam capable of generating high temperature steam for melting a pipe such as a frozen water pipe or sewerage or the like by a steam heating element. According to the present invention, the apparatus for thawing steam has effects of preventing a heater heating element from overheating by cutting heater power supplied to the corresponding steam heating element by detecting overheating of the steam heating element even if heater power is directly in contact with the steam heating element without passing through a temperature switch as a heater power line for supplying the heater power is disconnected; preventing mal-operation by preventing manipulation regardless of will of a user due to external contact which an operation switch for manual operation does not intend; and preventing control errors by a control circuit board by safely protecting the control circuit board by blocking leaked steam or radiated heat from a steam heating element not to be applied to the control circuit board.
본 발명은 결빙된 수도관이나 하수도 등의 배관을 녹이기 위한 고온의 스팀(steam)을 스팀 발열체에 의해 발생하는 스팀해빙기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 스팀해빙기는 스팀 발열체에 히터 전원을 공급하는 히터 전원선이 단선되어 히터 전원이 온도스위치를 통하지 않고 바로 접촉되더라도 스팀 발열체의 과열을 감지하여 해당 스팀 발열체에 공급되는 히터 전원을 차단함으로써 히터 발열체의 과열을 방지하고, 수동 조작을 위한 조작 스위치가 의도하지 않은 외부 접촉에 기인하여 사용자의 의지와 상관없이 조작되지 않게 함으로써 오조작을 방지하고, 스팀 발열체로부터 방사되는 열이나 누출되는 스팀이 제어 회로 보드에 인가되지 않게 차단함으로써 제어 회로 보드를 안전하게 보호하여 제어 회로 보드에 의한 제어 오류를 방지하도록 이루어진다.
