STEAM THAWING APPARATUS AND STEAM GENERATION CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a steam thawing apparatus and a steam generation control method thereof. The steam thawing apparatus includes: a steam generator to generate steam by heating water in a water supply pipe; a steam generator temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the steam generator; a pump to allow water to flow in the water supply pipe; and a control part to control the operation of the pump. The steam generation control method of the steam thawing apparatus includes: a step of making the temperature of the steam generator measured in the steam generator temperature sensor reach a predetermined temperature by heating the steam generator using the control part and driving the pump by applying power to the pump; and a step of stopping the driving of the pump by cutting off power supply to the pump after driving the pump with the application of power to the pump until the temperature of the steam generator becomes equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature. According to the present invention, the steam thawing apparatus has an increased thawing speed by generating steam at high speed at startup and an extended service life as the driving of the components is terminated to prevent damage to the components at the termination of the driving.
본 발명은 스팀해빙기 및 그것의 스팀 발생 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 자체를 경유하는 물공급관의 물을 가열하여 스팀을 발생하는 스팀 발열체와; 상기 스팀 발열체의 온도를 측정하는 스팀 발열체 온도 센서와; 상기 물공급관으로 물을 유입시키는 펌프와; 시동시에 상기 스팀 발열체를 가열시키되 상기 스팀 발열체 온도 센서에 의해 측정된 스팀 발열체의 온도가 설정된 온도 이상으로 될 때까지 가열시킨 후에 상기 펌프를 구동하고, 구동 종료시에 스팀 발열체의 히터 전원을 차단시켜 놓은 상태에서 상기 스팀 발열체 온도 센서에 의해 측정된 스팀 발열체의 온도가 설정 온도 이하가 될 때까지 펌프를 구동하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀해빙기를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은, 제어부가 스팀 발생 스위치가 온(ON) 됨을 확인하면 스팀 발열체에 히터 전원을 인가하여 스팀 발열체를 가열시키되 스팀 발열체 온도 센서에 의해 측정된 스팀 발열체의 온도가 설정된 온도 이상으로 될 때까지 가열시킨 후에 펌프에 펌프 전원을 인가하여 펌프를 구동하는 단계와; 제어부가 스팀 발생 스위치가 오프(OFF) 됨을 확인하면 스팀 발열체의 히터 전원을 차단시켜 놓은 상태에서 스팀 발열체 온도 센서에 의해 측정된 스팀 발열체의 온도가 설정 온도 이하가 될 때까지 상기 펌프에 펌프 전원을 인가하여 펌프를 구동한 후에, 펌프로의 펌프 전원 공급을 차단하여 펌프의 구동을 정지하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀해빙기의 스팀 발생 제어 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 시동시에 스팀을 고속으로 발생하므로 해빙 작업의 속도를 향상시킴과 아울러 구동 종료시에 자체 부품 손상을 방지하도록 시동 종료하므로 장치의 수명을 향상시키게 된다.

The present invention relates to a steam thawing apparatus and a steam generation control method thereof.
