SAFETY STAIRS CLOSING MATERIAL THAT IMPROVED SOUND INSULATION
The present invention relates to a safety stair finishing material with a sound insulation of sound insulation performance comprising: a main body member including an accommodating groove which is a groove concave downwards in an upper surface; and a safety ore member inserted and fixed in the accommodating groove, protruding from the upper surface of the main body member, bonded by an adhesive, and made of a diamond material. The main body member includes: a sound insulation layer made of a PVC material; a dimensional stabilization layer combined with the upper surface of the sound insulation layer, and made of glass fiber; an interior film layer combined with the upper surface of the dimensional stabilization layer, and made of an adhesive sheet; and a finishing layer combined with the upper surface of the interior film layer, which is transparent, and made of a PVC material. The present invention has effects of blocking a noise of going up and down stairs by having a sound insulation performance, expressing various colors and patterns, and maximizing stabilization by preventing a user from slipping on a stair by widening a contact area with a shoe as a safety ore member with a diamond material is protruding.
본 발명은 차음 성능이 구비된 안전 계단 마감재에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 상면에 하방을 향해서 파여진 홈인 수용홈을 가지는 본체부재와, 상기 수용홈에 삽입 고정되며, 상기 본체부재의 상면으로부터 돌출되며, 접착제에 의해서 접착되며, 금강석 재질로 이루어지는 안전광석부재를 포함하며, 상기 본체부재는, 피브이씨(PVC) 재질로 이루어지는 차음층과, 상기 차음층의 상면에 결합되며, 유리섬유로 이루어지는 치수안정화층과, 상기 치수안정화층의 상면에 결합되며, 접착성 시트지로 이루어지는 인테리어필름층과, 인테리어필름층의 상면에 결합되며, 투명하며, 피브이씨(PVC) 재질로 이루어지는 마감층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 차음 성능이 구비되어 계단을 오르내리는 소음을 차단시킬 수 있으며, 원하는 색상이나 문양의 표현이 가능하며, 금강석 재질을 가지는 안전광석부재가 돌출되어 있어 인체의 신발과의 접촉 면적을 넓혀서 계단에서 미끄러지는 것을 방지하여 안전화를 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
