The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a loess hypocaust and a loess hypocaust. More specifically, a hose is molded to be integrated with a loess hypocaust plate, and the present invention improves a heat supplying function and a far infrared ray effect and the anion effect and prevents damage and a defect of the hose. The present invention comprises: a cutting process of cutting pure cotton non-woven fabric in a predetermined size; a compression process of molding the compressed non-woven fabric; an impregnation process; a mixing process of mixing loess, ceramic powder, germanium, tourmaline, and water; a stacking process of covering the loess on an upper portion of the hot water hose to be stacked; a drying process supplying hot water to the hot water hose and drying the loess to mold the loess plate; and a coating process of forming a coating layer to coat.
