METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPOSABLE LOESS ROASTING PLATE AND DISPOSABLE LOESS ROASTING THEREOF
According to the present invention, provided are a method for manufacturing a disposable red clay roasting plate, and a disposable red clay roasting plate manufactured thereby. The red clay roasting plate is capable of irradiating far infrared rays and absorbing oil when meat is roasted. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: refining red clay and making a red clay solution with the refined red clay; mixing salt and the red clay solution with pulp; heating the pulp mixed with the salt and the red clay solution, and producing clean pulp; pulverizing the clean pulp into pulp particles of nanosize; mixing 95 to 99.9 wt% of the refined red clay with 0.1 to 5 wt% of the pulp particles and inserting the solution into the mixed red clay to make red clay paste; and shaping the red clay paste and drying the shaped red clay paste.
