The present invention relates to a precast pile for a watertight wall, capable of easily blocking water by being used as a retaining brace wall as a fiber tube is formed of a geotextile in a longitudinal direction of a post body and is grouted. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the precast pile comprises a precast concrete post body; a fiber tube formed of the geotextile having an empty tube shape, and combined to make its lower part protrude more than bottom of the post body; and a grouting hose inserted into the fiber tube. The fiber tube is expanded by injecting a grout material into the fiber tube through the grouting hose, and therefore, the fiber tube is inserted into a gap between piles by horizontal earth pressure or horizontal water pressure and a gap made between posts is prevented in order to block water.
