The present invention relates to a snow removing device for a traffic safety available of removing snow without a worker by blowing warm air on the snow of a road in a mountainous territory covered by heavy snows in the winter; thus achieving traffic safety. The snow removing device of the present invention comprises: a heater installed in a lower part of a median strip; a water supply pipe connected to one side of the heater; a warm air discharge pipe connected to an other side of the heater, and embedded in a road at a certain depth; and a warm air discharge rod connected to a connection pipe draw out from the warm air discharge pipe, and installed on an upper side of the road such that snow on the road is easily removed; thereby not only assuring safety of driving, but also easily removing snow in a large area.
