A snow removing apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed snow removing apparatus comprises: a hopper of which an upper portion and a lower portion is opened and formed to have a hopper shape having a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion; and a discharge pipe installed in a lower end of the hopper to be made of a flexible material connecting an inside of the hopper and a manhole of a drain. When snow is inputted through the opened upper portion of the hopper, the snow is discharged to the manhole through the discharge pipe to be removed.
