The present invention relates to a snow removing apparatus and, more specifically, to a snow removing apparatus which is mounted on a vehicle such as a truck for snow removal work to be used, includes a scraper bucket (snow removal shovel), and can bend the entire snow removal shovel forward up to a prescribed angle to rotate the snow removal shovel if a high load is applied to the snow removal shovel when performing snow removal work. In other words, if a high load is applied to the snow removal shovel due to obstacles or accumulated snow, a shovel blade is not bent or erected and the snow removal shovel is bent forward within a prescribed angle to rotate to bend an upper portion of the snow removal shovel forward and slightly push a lower portion backward. Therefore, if there is a large amount of snowfall and a high load is applied to a lower portion of the snow removal shovel, the snow removal shovel is automatically bent forward, causing an upper portion of the shovel to tilt more than usual. As a result, the snow pushed up to an upper portion of the snow removal shovel falls forward quickly, and the snow falling from the upper portion can be quickly discharged to the side of a road since the angle of the snow removal shovel is tilted to the side. Therefore, when the snow removal device is used, the efficiency of snow removal work can be improved even with a large amount of snowfall, and the durability of the snow removing apparatus can be enhanced as the load is evenly distributed to the entire snow removal shovel by quickly distributing the load to the upper portion even if the load is concentrated on the lower portion of the snow removal shovel.
본 발명은 제설장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게로는, 제설작업을 위하여 트럭 등의 차량에 장착되어 사용되는, 스크레이퍼 버킷(제설삽)을 포함하는 제설장치에 있어서, 제설작업 시 제설삽에 부하가 많이 걸리면 제설삽 전체를 일정 각도까지 앞쪽으로 숙여서 회전시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 많은 눈이 쌓여있는 상태이거나 장애물 등으로 인하여 제설삽에 많은 부하가 걸리게 되면, 삽날만 뒤로 제껴지거나 세워지지 않고, 제설삽의 상부가 앞쪽으로 숙여지고, 하부는 뒤쪽으로 다소 밀려나오도록, 일정 각도 이내에서 앞으로 숙여 회전하도록 한 것이다. 따라서 적설량이 많아서 제설삽 하부에 부하가 많이 걸리는 경우에는, 자동으로 제설삽이 앞으로 숙여지기 때문에, 제설삽의 상부 쪽이 평소보다 더 기울여지게 되므로, 제설삽의 상부로 밀려 올라간 눈이 빠른 속도로 앞으로 밀려 떨어지게 되며, 상부에서 밀려 떨어지는 눈은, 제설삽의 각도가 옆쪽으로 기울어져 있으므로, 도로 옆으로 신속하게 배출될 수 있게 된다. 그러므로, 본 발명에 의한 제설장치를 사용하게 되면, 적설량이 많더라도 제설작업의 효율을 향상 시킬 수 있으며, 제설삽의 하부 쪽으로 부하가 집중되더라도 신속하게 상부 쪽으로 분산을 시키므로 제설삽 전체에 부하가 골고루 분산될 수 있어서 제설장치의 내구성을 증진 시킬 수 있다.
