THE SLOPE REINFORCEMENT WIRE STRAND NAIL
The present invention relates to a strand nail body for reinforcing an inclined plate capable of firmly fixing a spacer, which maintains a distance between a strand nail and a punched hole on the inclined plate, to the nail by manufacturing the strand nail with a diameter of 21.6 mm by spirally twisting seven strands with a diameter of 7.2 mm, forming the spacers on the outer circumference of the nail at constant intervals, forming the spacer of concrete mortar to be integrated with the nail in comparison of cases of tying the spacer using a band or pressurizing and fixing the spacer, and enabling the spacer to endure a tensile force due to prestress of the strand nail by forming a fixture vertically adhering to the punched hole on the front end of the spacer. To achieve the same, the present invention includes the strand nail with a diameter of 21.6 mm formed by spirally twisting the seven strands with a diameter of 7.2 mm and cut at a length capable of being inserted into the punched hole of the inclined plate; the spacer, which maintains the distance between the strand nail and the punched hole on the inclined plate, on the outer circumference of the strand nail, and a mounting port fixing a pressing plate locked by the inclined plate on the front end of the strand nail. The spacer is made of concrete mortar. The concrete mortar is received into a spiral groove of the strand nail and integrated with the spiral groove. A grouting hose parallel to the strand nail in a longitudinal direction is penetrated into the concrete mortar and cured with the concrete mortar. The mounting port is composed of a binding grip formed by pressurizing a soft metal using a pressing device. The present invention is characterized by a fact that a bolt head of a connection bolt to connect the pressing plate is formed on the front end of the mounting port.
