Disclosed in the present invention is a slope reinforcing apparatus using a reinforcing bar with a hitch nail, wherein a plurality of rotatable nail members are provided at a rear end of a reinforcing bar inserted into an insertion hole of a slope, and, because the nail members are rotated to be solidly supported with and fixated to an inner wall of the insertion hole when the reinforcing bar is towed frontwards, a retaining wall, to which a front end of the reinforcing bar member is fixated, is prevented from being deformed and destructed. To this end, the slope reinforcing apparatus using a reinforcing bar with a hitch nail according to an implementation of the present invention comprises: a reinforcing bar member of which a front end is fixated to a constructed retaining wall block, and a rear end is inserted into an insertion hole that is excavated on a slope, wherein a screw thread is formed on an outer circumference of the rear end; a support ring inserted into the rear end of the reinforcing bar member; a fixating member having the inside penetrated such that the rear end of the reinforcing bar member may penetrate therethrough, and a front end supported by the support ring, wherein a fastening groove is formed in a longitudinal direction on the outside; a nail member having a rear side rotatably fastened in the fastening groove, and a sloped surface formed so as to be lowered from a front side to a rear side on an upper surface, so as not to be rotated when the fixating member located at the rear end of the reinforcing bar member is inserted into the insertion hole, and to be rotated when the fixating member is dislocated from the inside of the insertion hole for towing, thereby allowing the front side to be fixated after being latched at an inner wall of the insertion hole, and thus preventing the reinforcing bar member from being dislocated and allowing the same to be supported; and a cap member inserted into the rear end of the reinforcing bar member so as to be screw-coupled to the screw thread, and allowing the rear end of the fixating member to be supported.

개시된 내용은 사면의 삽입구멍 내에 삽입되는 철근의 후단에 회동 가능한 네일부재 다수 개가 구비되며 철근이 전방을 향해 견인될 때 네일부재가 회동되면서 삽입구멍 내벽에 견고하게 지지 및 고정됨에 따라 철근부재의 전단 측이 고정된 옹벽의 변형 및 붕괴가 방지될 수 있도록 한 히치네일이 구비된 철근을 이용한 사면보강장치에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용의 일 실시 예에 따른 히치네일이 구비된 철근을 이용한 사면보강장치는 전단 측은 축조된 옹벽블록에 고정되고 후단 측은 사면에 굴착 시공된 삽입구멍 내부에 삽입되되 후단 측 외주연에 나사산이 형성된 철근부재와, 상기 철근부재의 후단 측에 끼워지는 지지링과, 상기 철근부재의 후단 측이 그 내부에 관통될 수 있도록 내부가 관통 형성되고 전단 측은 상기 지지링에 지지되며 외측에는 길이방향으로 체결홈이 형성된 고정부재와, 상기 체결홈 내에 그 후방 측이 회동 가능하게 체결되되 상부면에 전방에서 후방으로 갈수록 낮아지는 경사면이 형성되어 상기 철근부재의 후단 측에 위치된 상기 고정부재가 상기 삽입구멍 내부에 삽입될 시에는 회동되지 않다가 견인을 위해 상기 삽입구멍 내부로부터 이탈될 시에는 회동됨에 따라 그 전방 측이 삽입구멍 내벽에 걸려 고정됨으로써 상기 철근부재가 이탈되지 않고 지지되게 하는 네일부재와, 상기 철근부재의 후단 측에 삽입되어 상기 나사산과 나사결합 되며 상기 고정부재의 후단 측이 지지되게 하는 캡 부재가 포함된다.
