INSULATOR USING WASTE PULP, METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME AND APPARATUS OF PREPARING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an insulator using domestic waste pulp such as waste paper diapers, waste sanitary pads, waste tissues, and waste papers among wastes discharged from houses after being used, and to a method and apparatus for preparing the same. According to the present invention, a pulp material, which is a main ingredient extracted by removing foreign materials from domestic waste pulp, an antibacterial material, a bleaching agent, a flame retardant material or a nonflammable material, and a binder for maintaining the combination of these ingredients, are mixed at a predetermined ratio, and are formed into a predetermined shape and size. Therefore, the present invention can: provide an eco-friendly insulator harmless to a human body; and recycle domestic waste pulp such as waste paper diapers, waste sanitary pads, or waste papers.
