Non-inflammably Highly Efficient Heat Insulator and Method for Preparing the Same
The present invention relates to a semi-nonflammable heat-retaining thermal insulation material and a manufacturing method for the same. The semi-nonflammable heat-retaining thermal insulation material comprises a board-shaped body, wherein the board-shaped body is composed of an expanded polystyrene (EPS) bead mixed and coated with a flame resisting solution. The EPS bead and the flame resisting solution are mixed in a weight or volume ratio of 1 : 2.5-3. The EPS bead provides the semi-nonflammable heat-retaining thermal insulation material using an expanded bead with 0.019-0.021 of a specific gravity, and a manufacturing method for the semi-nonflammable heat-retaining thermal insulation material, including a raw material warehousing and acquisition inspection step, a foaming step, an aging step, a flame resisting solution coating step, a first drying and aging step, a molding step, and a second drying and aging step. According to the present invention, after the EPS bead is mixed with the flame resisting solution which is coated on an outer surface thereof, followed by molding, a semi-nonflammable thermal insulation material can be provided. Moreover, it is possible to exhibit a semi-nonflammable function in addition to a heat-retaining thermal insulation function.
본 발명은 준불연 보온단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보드(board)형 몸체로 이루어지되, 상기 보드형 몸체는 폴리스티렌 발포비드에 난연액을 믹싱하여 코팅한 구성으로 이루어지며; 상기 폴리스티렌 발포비드 : 난연액 = 1 : 25~3의 중량 또는 부피 비율로 혼합하고, 상기 폴리스티렌 발포비드는 비중 0019~0021인 발포비드를 사용한 준불연 보온단열재와 이를 제조하기 위해 원료입고 및 인수검사단계, 발포단계, 숙성단계, 난연액 코팅단계, 1차 건조 숙성단계, 성형단계, 2차 건조 숙성단계를 포함하는 준불연 보온단열재 제조방법을 제공함을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 발포폴리스티렌(EPS) 비드에 난연액을 믹싱하여 외면에 코팅한 후 성형함에 의해 만들어지는 준불연 단열재를 제공할 수 있으며, 보온단열기능 외에 준불연성의 기능을 발휘케 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a semi-nonflammable heat-retaining thermal insulation material and a manufacturing method for the same.
