DOOR HAVING INSULATION FUNCTION AND STRUCTRAL STRENGTH
The present invention provides a door maximizes an insulation function and structural strength. According to the present invention, the door comprises: a pair of vertical frames composed of an inner vertical frame (20) and an outer vertical frame (30); a pair of horizontal frames (10) installed in an upper portion and a lower portion of the vertical frame; and a front sheet (40) and a back sheet (50) installed on the inside and the outside of the horizontal frame and the vertical frame. Each frame comprises: outer resin layers (18, 28, 38) forming an outer surface; and inner wooden layers (12, 22, 32) fixated to an inner surface of the outer resin layer. The innermost wooden layer of the outer vertical frame has a groove while a metal plate (36) is not exposed to the inside and the outside. According to the present invention, the inner wooden layer is composed of laminated veneer lumber where a plurality of plywood sheets are laminated and bonded. The present invention is capable of minimizing heat conduction and preventing deformation due to a temperature difference since the metal plate is not exposed to the outside.
