CONVERSION METHOD OF PROPERTIES OF THE GROUND FOUNDED BY PILES HAVING VARIATED SECTION AND SUPPORT FORCE ESTIMATION METHOD USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method to simply calculate the physical properties of the ground and bearing capacity by converting section-variable piles to equivalent cylindrical piles. According to the present invention, the method to convert the physical properties of the ground on which section-variable piles formed of a head part (10), a cone part (20), and a tail part (30) are installed comprises: an equivalent pile conversion step (S10) of converting section-variable piles to equivalent cylindrical piles divided into an upper part (50) formed of a head part (10) and a part of a cone part (20) and a lower part (60) formed of the rest of the cone part (20) and a tail part (30); and a physical property conversion step (S20) of calculating the converted physical properties of the ground on the each section of the cylindrical piles divided in the equivalent pile conversion step (S10). A standard of dividing the cone part (20) into the upper part (50) and the lower part (60) is the center of gravity of the cone part (20). According to the present invention the method to convert the physical properties of the ground on which section-variable piles are installed and the method to calculate bearing capacity using the same calculate the physical properties of the ground and the bearing capacity by converting the section-variable piles to a plurality of cylindrical piles; thereby simplifying complex calculation.
