Disclosed is a snow removing method using a snow removing tool. Disclosed snow removing tool including a cylindrical gunnysack with open top; a tubular outlet formed on the center of the bottom of the gunnysack; and multiple ropes formed at intervals along the upper rim of the gunnysack is characterized by receiving and carrying snow to dump. The disclosed snow removing method using the snow removing tool including cylindrical gunny sack with the open top, the tubular outlet formed on the center of the bottom of the gunny sack, and the multiple ropes formed at intervals along the upper rim of the gunny sack is characterized by including a step of tying the lower outlet of the gunny sack with a string; a step of fixing the gunny sack to a supporting frame to maintain the state that the gunny sack is cylindrically stood; a step of putting snow inside the gunny sack; a step of lifting the gunny sack with snow with a crane and loading the gunny sack on a cargo vehicle; a step of lifting the gunny sack with the crane and unloading the gunny sack from the cargo vehicle after the cargo vehicle whereon the gunny sack is loaded moves to a snow dumping space; and a step of discharging the snow inside the gunny sack through the outlet by untying a knot of the string tied around the outlet.
