The present invention relates to a non-point pollution treating apparatus and a treating facility. The present invention comprises: a case (10) including an inlet (11) and an outlet (13); an air introduction guide member (20) including an air introduction hole (23); a lower part fixing member (30) connected to an upper part of the air introduction guide member; an air releasing pipe (40) including a plurality of air releasing holes (41); a disk filter (50) supported by the air releasing pipe (40); an upper fixing member (60) coupled to an upper part of the air releasing pipe (40); a filter separation preventing plate (70) including a through hole (71); and a cover (80) having a double-wall structure including an outer wall (81) and an inner wall (82).
