The present invention relates to a non-point pollution treating facility comprising: a case (10) including an inlet (11) and an outlet (12); a plurality of air introduction guide members (20) including an air introduction hole; a lower part fixing member (30) connected to an upper part of the air introduction guide member (20); an air releasing pipe (40) including a plurality of air releasing holes (41); a disk filter (50) supported by the air releasing pipe (40); an upper part fixing member (60) coupled with an upper part of the air releasing pipe (40); a filter separation preventing plate (70) including a through hole (71); a cover (80) including a fixing member receiving space (81); a stirring apparatus (90) stirring deposited sludge on a sludge depositing part (17); a washing apparatus (100) washing a disk filter (50); a sludge releasing apparatus (110) including a sludge releasing pipe (112) and a suction pipe (111); a power supply apparatus (120) including a solar-cell panel (121) and a rechargeable battery (122); and a controlling apparatus (130) controlling an operation of a compressor (101), a stirring apparatus (90), and a suction pump (111).
