EXTERIOR MOLDING FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHODS
The present invention relates to an exterior molding for construction and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to an exterior molding for construction and a manufacturing method thereof to instantly fill urethane foams with very superior bonding features, sound blocking features, sealing features, and working features in a molding made of a steel plate to finely and tightly bond and integrate a molding body with urethane foams to eliminate a gap in order to prevent an inside of the molding body from being abraded due to a weather change and humidity; prevent noise due to raining or strong winds; prevent damage which a molding is easily crushed due to small external impacts; conveniently and economically manufacture the molding; conveniently construct a molding due to a light weight of the molding; and increase robustness, durability, stability, and economical efficiency. The present invention comprises the molding body. A space is formed in the molding body such that one side of the molding body is opened. The molding body is filled with urethane foams.
