FIXTURE FOR CONNECTING CONCRETE PILES
The present invention relates to a fastener for connecting concrete piles comprising: a cylindrical body unit having an inner hollow portion; an upper flange unit and a lower flange unit coupled to the upper portion and the lower portion of the body unit and where a plurality of bolt coupling holes are formed on a circumferential surface and a plurality of support piece insertion holes are formed; and support pieces interposed between the upper flange unit and the lower flange unit and wherein the protrusion pieces are inserted into the support piece insertion holes of the upper flange unit and the lower flange unit. Therefore, the support pieces, which are interposed between the upper flange unit and the lower flange unit to absorb an impact generated by hammering, are fastened with respect to the upper flange unit and the lower flange unit in a longitudinal direction and the transverse direction in order to prevent, in advance, distortion due to separation prevention of the support piece and prevent, in advance, bending of connected concrete piles thereby.
본 발명은 콘크리트 파일 연결용 체결구에 관한 것으로서, 내부가 빈 통공을 갖는 원통형의 몸체부와; 상기 몸체부의 상,하부에 각각 결합되되, 그 둘레면에 복수의 볼트 결합공들과, 복수의 지지편 삽입공들이 형성된 상부 플랜지부 및 하부 플랜지부와; 상기 상부 플랜지부와 하부 플랜지부에 개재되는 것으로서, 상기 상부 플랜지부 및 하부 플랜지부의 지지편 삽입공들에 각각 삽입되는 돌출편이 상부와 하부에 각각 형성된 지지편들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라 상부 플랜지부와 하부 플랜지부에 개재되어 항타에 따른 충격을 흡수하는 지지편들이, 상부 플랜지부 및 하부 플랜지부에 대하여 종방향 결속은 물론 횡방향으로도 결속이 이루어지게 됨으로써, 상기 지지편의 이탈방지에 따른 찌그러짐이 예방되고, 이에 따라 연결된 콘크리트 파일들의 휨 발생이 예방되는 유용한 효과가 제공된다.
