FIXTURE FOR CONNECTING CONCRETE PILES AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING CONCRETE PILES USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a fastener for connecting a lower concrete pile and an upper concrete pile, comprising: a first fastener (210) fastened to a front end of the lower or upper concrete piles (20, 30); and a second fastener (250) coupled to the first fastener (210). Thus, even when positions of bolt coupling holes are different, because manufacturers of the upper concrete pile and the lower concrete pile are different from each other, the present invention allows to conveniently connect the upper and the lower concrete pile together.
본 발명은 하부 콘크리트 파일(20)과 상부 콘크리트 파일(30)을 연결하는데 사용되는 체결구(200)에 관한 것으로서, 하부 또는 상부 콘크리트 파일(20,30)의 선단에 체결되는 제1 체결구(210)와; 하부 또는 상부 콘크리트 파일(20,30)의 선단에 체결되고 상기 제1 체결구(210)의 내측에 끼워진 상태에서 제1 체결구(210)에 결합되는 제2 체결구(250)를 포함하고, 상기 제1 체결구(210)는, 하부 또는 상부 콘크리트 파일(20,30)의 선단에 체결되도록 콘크리트 파일(20,30)에 형성된 볼트 체결공(22,32)에 대응되는 볼트 체결공(222)이 형성된 원형의 바닥부(220), 상기 바닥부(220)에 직립 결합되며 제2 체결구(250)와의 볼트 체결을 위한 볼트 체결공(232)이 형성된 원통상의 지지부(230) 및 제2 체결구(250)와의 위치 맞춤을 위한 가이드부(240)를 구비하고, 상기 제2 체결구(250)는, 하부 또는 상부 콘크리트 파일(20,30)의 선단에 체결되도록 콘크리트 파일(20,30)에 형성된 볼트 체결공(22,32)에 대응되는 볼트 체결공(262)이 형성된 바닥부(260), 상기 바닥부(260)에 직립 결합되고 상기 지지부(230)의 볼트 체결공(232)에 대응되도록 볼트 체결공(272)이 형성되되 상기 지지부(230)보다 작은 직경을 갖는 원통상의 체결부(270) 및 상기 가이드부(240)에 대응되도록 형성된 가이드부(280)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
