THE WATERPROOFED CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing waterproof concrete through shorting after mixing bubbles into normal concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. The method mixes bubbles and waterproofing mixed materials after moving normal concrete produced from batch plant to field, forms bubble mixing concrete by using the ball bearing effect of the bubbles and rotation of a rotational member and shoots waterproof concrete of which the slump, drastically increased due to the large amount of bubbles, while reducing excessive air contained in the bubble mixing concrete using air of a high pressure when discharging the bubble mixing concrete.
본 발명은, 배처플랜트에서 생산된 보통콘크리트를 현장으로 이송 후, 기포 및 방수혼합재료를 혼합하고, 기포의 볼 베어링 효과 및 회전부재의 회전으로 기포혼합콘크리트를 형성하고, 이 기포혼합콘크리트가 배출될 때, 고압의 공기로 뿜어 기포혼합콘크리트에 포함된 과다한 공기를 줄임과 동시에 다량의 기포로 인해 대폭 증가한 슬럼프를 보통콘크리트의 슬럼프 범위로 감소시킨 방수콘크리트를 숏팅하는 보통콘크리트에 기포 혼입 후 숏팅을 통한 방수콘크리트 제조장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
