The present invention relates to a method for producing a stone having a waterproofed surface. The method comprises the steps of: processing a stone layer from original stone; removing impurities stained on the stone layer through an adhesive film; adhering a gasket to be higher than a thickness of the stone layer on an edge of the stone layer having impurities removed therefrom; producing a waterproof layer by coating a waterproof agent while applying vibration in the same direction as a surface direction of the stone layer having the gasket adhered thereon; coating stone powder on the stone layer having the waterproof layer formed thereon, applying vibration to fill a surface concave and convex part of the waterproof layer with the stone powder, and compressing the same so as to produce a waterproof protecting layer; and removing the gasket adhered on an edge of the stone layer. The stone powder includes an adhesive material to be compressed on a surface of the stone layer. According to the present invention, a stone layer is shaken, and a waterproof agent is coated, so a uniform and wide waterproof layer is formed on a surface of the stone layer. Stone powder is compressed on the formed waterproof layer, so a waterproof protecting layer capable of protecting the waterproof layer is formed. Consequently, stone can be protected for a long time from an external environment, and a color of a surface of the stone layer can be maintained.
본 발명은 표면이 방수 처리된 석재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 원석으로부터 석재층을 가공하는 단계; 석재층에 묻은 불순물을 접착필름으로 제거하는 단계; 불순물이 제거된 석재층의 테두리에 석재층의 두께보다 높게 가스켓을 부착하는 단계; 가스켓이 부착된 석재층의 표면방향과 동일한 방향으로 진동을 가하면서 방수제를 도포하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 방수층이 형성된 석재층에 돌가루를 도포하고, 돌가루가 방수층의 표면 요철을 메우도록 진동을 가한 후 압착하여 방수 보호층을 형성하는 단계; 및 석재층의 테두리에 부착된 가스켓을 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다. 돌가루는 접착물질이 포함되어 석재층의 표면에 압착된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 석재층을 흔들면서 방수제을 도포하여 석재층 표면에 균일하고 넓은 방수층이 형성되고 형성된 방수층 위에 돌가루를 압착하여 방수층을 보호할 수 있는 방수 보호층이 형성되므로 석재를 외부환경으로부터 오랫동안 보호하면서 석재층 표면의 색상을 유지할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a stone having a waterproofed surface.
