A new apparatus for mounting a safety handrail pole is disclosed. The present invention enables a safety handrail pole to be more conveniently mounted and significantly improves mounting workability of the safety handrail pole. The present invention comprises: a plurality of columns vertically installed upward at constant intervals; a plurality of holders having a hollow box shape and having a guide hole connected with an insertion hole; a plurality of handrail pole mounting pipes having the short pipe shape to enable an end part of the safety handrail pole to be horizontally inserted; and a locking piece of which a left and a right end to be locked by the inside of both edges of the guide hole formed in a front portion of the holder.
본 발명에서는 조선소에서의 선박건조(船舶建造) 작업이나 건조된 선체(船體)의 외벽에 대한 도료의 도포작업시 또는 각종 토목·건축 등의 고소(高所) 작업현장에서 작업자의 추락을 방지하기 위하여 선박 블록이나 토목·건축물의 외측면에 설치되는 안전 난간대를 보다 간편하게 장착할 수 있도록 하고, 장착된 안전 난간대가 견고하면서도 안정적으로 지지될 수 있도록 하는 한편, 안전 난간대의 장착작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 새로운 안전 난간대 장착장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은 하단부가 체결부재에 의하여 선체블럭 같은 구조물의 외측단에 견고하게 체결된 상태에서 일정 간격마다 수직 상방으로 세워져 설치되는 다수개의 기둥과; 내부가 비어 있는 상자형상으로 이루어지며, 서로 마주보고 세워진 두 기둥의 동일한 높이에서 서로 대향되게 용접·고정되게 설치되고, 상부면에는 특정 형상의 끼움공이 형성되는 한편, 상기 끼움공으로부터 전면부의 아랫쪽에 이르는 면상에는 상기 끼움공의 좌우 너비에 비하여 작은 너비를 가지며, 내부와 연통된 상태에서 상기 끼움공과 연결되는 안내공이 형성된 다수개의 홀더(Holder)와; 길이방향 중심선을 따라 안전 난간대의 끝부분이 수평방향으로 삽입되도록 짧은 파이프형상으로 이루어지는 다수개의 난간대 장착관과; 상기 난간대 장착관의 후단에 끼워진 상태에서 나사결합되거나 용접·고정되며, 상기 홀더상의 끼움공을 통하여 끼워진 후 안내공을 따라 아랫쪽으로 이동시키는 동작에 의하여 좌우 양쪽 끝부분이 상기 홀더의 전면부에 형성된 안내공의 양쪽 가장자리 내측에 걸리도록 하는 걸림편을 포함하여 구성된다.
