The present invention relates to cinnabar enamel composition for expressing of cinnabar of a ceramic by using 54 to 56 weight% of feldspar, 9 to 11 weight% of limestone, and 1.4 to 1.6 weight% of quartzite as a main ingredient and by adding 0.4 to 0.6 weight% of oxide stone, 0.9 to 1.2 weight% of barium oxide, 1.4 to 1.6 weight% of bentonite, 0.4 to 0.6 weight% of magnesium, and 0.1 to 0.3 weight% of oxidized copper to the main ingredient, and a manufacturing method thereof. A ceramic having excellent gloss, patterns, and an aesthetic effect can be produced when the cinnabar enamel composition is used in the ceramic. Specially, the expression of unusual cinnabar is equally reproduced in 1240 to 1260°C which is a relatively low temperature.
본 발명은 장석 54 ~ 56 중량%, 석회석 9 ~ 11 중량%, 규석 1.4 ~ 1.6 중량%를 주성분으로 하고, 여기에 산화석 0.4 ~ 0.6 중량%, 산화바륨 0.9 ~ 112 중량%, 벤토나이트 1.4 ~ 1.6 중량%, 마그네슘 0.4 ~ 0.6 중량%, 산화동 0.1 ~ 0.3 중량%를 첨가하여 도자기의 선홍색의 발현을 위한 진사유약 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 진사유약 조성물을 도자기에 사용하면 광택, 무늬, 미적 효과가 우수한 도자기를 생산할 수 있으며, 특히 1240 ~ 1260℃의 비교적 낮은 온도에서도 매우 독특한 선홍색의 발현을 균일하게 재현할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
