The present invention relates to a food waste processing apparatus including: a food grinder; and a discharging unit to which ground food waste is transferred from the food grinder. The food grinder includes: a joining unit joined to a drainage hole of a sink or a drainage pipe joined to the drainage hole; a guide unit which guides movement of food waste or the like which is inserted through the drainage hole of the sink; a grinding unit which grinds the food waste, transferred through the guide unit, into small pieces by using a rotational knife blade unit; and a grinding power unit which is connected to the rotational knife blade unit formed in the grinding unit and drives grinding operation of the grinding unit. The rotational knife blade unit includes an upper side knife blade unit and a lower side knife blade unit. The rotational knife blade unit includes at least one pivotal grinding knife blade unit. The discharge unit and a case of the grinding unit are integrally formed.
본 발명은 싱크대의 배수구 또는 배수구에 연결된 배수관과 체결되는 체결부, 싱크대의 배수구를 통해 유입되는 음식물 쓰레기 등의 이동을 안내하는 가이드부, 가이드부를 통해 이송된 음식물 쓰레기를 회전칼날부를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 잘게 분해하는 분쇄부, 분쇄부에 형성된 회전칼날부와 연결되어 있으며 분쇄부에서 분쇄 동작이 일어나게 하는 분쇄 동력부로 구성되어 있는 음식물 분쇄기, 음식물 분쇄기로부터 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기가 이송되는 배출부, 그리고 회전칼날부는 상면 분쇄칼날부와 하면 분쇄칼날부를 포함하고, 회전칼날부는 적어도 하나의 회동 분쇄칼날부를 포함하며, 음식물 분쇄기로부터 분쇄된 음식물 쓰레기가 이송되는 배출부, 그리고 분쇄부의 케이스와 배출부가 일체형로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다.
