The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus used when feeding, measuring, and disposing of food waste in each home by using a common food waste disposal system operated in an apartment building. The present invention realizes a novel system for measuring and disposing of food waste including a structure of vertically combining a hopper-type feeding pipe assembly and a load cell unit, a door opening method of a dual structure to restrict food waste measurement and discharge, and an optimal door opening stroke configuration during a door opening operation to provide a food waste disposal apparatus which can improve convenience and efficiency related to measurement and discharge of food waste, improve manufacturability by structure simplification, reduce manufacturing costs, and promote functionality and durability improvement by improvement of a door opening method.
본 발명은 아파트 등의 공동주택에서 운영되고 있는 공동 음식물 쓰레기 처리시스템을 이용하여 각 가정에서 음식물 쓰레기를 투입, 계량 및 배출 처리할 때 사용하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 호퍼형의 투입관 어셈블리와 로드셀 유닛을 상하 조합한 구조, 음식물 쓰레기 계량 및 배출 규제를 위한 이중 구조의 도어 개폐 방식, 도어 개폐 동작 시 최적의 도어 개폐 스트로크 설정 등을 포함하는 새로운 형태의 음식물 쓰레기 처리 및 계량 시스템을 구현함으로써, 음식물 쓰레기의 계량 및 배출 처리과 관련한 편리함과 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 구조 단순화에 따른 제작성 향상과 더불어 제작비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 도어 개폐 방식 등의 개선에 따른 기능성 및 내구성 향상을 도모할 수 있는 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 제공한다.
