A BALL-CHAIN HYBRID CORD AND THE CLUTCH DEVICE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a ball-chain hybrid cord and to a clutch device using same. The ball-chain hybrid cord has excellent tactile sensation and is very beautiful like a rotating cord made of a fiber cord. Also the ball-chain hybrid cord can conduct accurate power transmission or precise relative movement without slip like a ball chain having many balls formed at regular intervals on a thin cord to function as a gear. The clutch device using the same does not slide contrary to a rotating chord made of a fiber cord and generates little gear noise contrary to a ball chain. According to the present invention, in addition to above-mentioned properties, various separating means for the safety of children can be combined easily with any one or any one part among the many balls formed at regular intervals on the thin cord. Particularly, the present invention can contribute greatly to the safety of children as the clutch device can conduct precise relative movement without slip when transmitting power and can be applied to a clutch with a repetitive operation method of a rotating cord made of a fiber cord, which could not restored accurately to an original position by a pulled length.
본 발명은 볼체인복합구동줄 및 이를 이용한 클러치장치에 관한 것으로, 볼체인복합구동줄은 섬유소재 실(Cord)로 제작된 회전줄과 같이 손에 닿는 촉감이 좋으며 매우 아름다운 특징은 물론, 기어역할을 하도록 가느다란 실에 일정한 간격으로 다수 볼이 형성된 볼 체인과 같이 정확한 동력전달이나 미끄러짐이 없는 정교한 상대운동을 할 수 있는 특징을 모두 갖으며, 이를 적용한 클러치장치는 섬유소재 실(Cord)로 제작된 회전줄과 달리 미끄러짐이 없고 볼 체인과는 다르게 기어소음이 적은 특징이 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상술한 특징에 더하여, 가느다란 실위에 일정한 간격으로 형성된 다수 볼 중 어느 하나 혹은 어느 부분에 어린이의 안전을 위한 다양한 분리수단의 결합을 용이하게 하는 부수적인 효과가 있으며 특히, 동력을 전달할 때에 미끄러짐이 없는 정교한 상대운동을 할 수 있으므로 그동안 잡아당겨진 길이만큼을 정확하게 원 위치시킬 수 없었던 섬유소재 실(Cord)로 제작된 회전줄의 반복구동방식 클러치의 적용이 가능하게 되므로 어린이의 안전에 매우 큰 도움이 될 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
