BOLT FIXING STRUCTURE AND BOLT FIXING METHOD AND BUILDING OUTER PANEL FIXING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a bolt fixing structure, to a bolt fixing method and to a building outer panel fixing device including same structure. The bolt fixing structure according to the present invention comprises: a metallic plate; and a bolt indented into the metallic plate. The bolt includes: a polygonal bolt head; a bolt shaft extending in the shape of a cylindrical bar from one side surface of the polygonal bolt head; a screw part having a helical ridge and a helical groove formed on the bolt shaft; and a rotation preventing part arranged on the bolt shaft to be placed between the polygonal bolt head and the screw part and composed of multiple protrusions. The polygonal bolt head and the rotation preventing part of the bolt are indented into the metallic plate and the bolt shaft of the bolt protrudes from the outside of the metallic plate. According to the present invention, a building outer panel, which has been made of a metallic plate, can be fixed firmly to the outside of a building, the appearance is improved, and component assembly time can be reduced.
본 발명은 볼트고정구조 및 방법 및 그 구조가 구비된 건물외장재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 금속판; 상기 금속판의 내부에 볼트가 압입되되, 상기 볼트는 다각볼트머리와, 상기 다각볼트머리의 일측면에 환봉 형상으로 연장된 볼트축과, 상기 볼트축에 나사산과 골들이 형성된 나사부와, 상기 다각볼트머리와 나사부 사이에 위치하도록 상기 볼트축에 구비되며 다수 개의 돌기들로 이루어진 회전방지부를 포함하며, 상기 볼트의 다각볼트머리와 회전방지부가 상기 금속판 내부에 압입되어 위치하고, 상기 볼트의 볼트축이 상기 금속판의 외부로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 금속판으로 제작된 건물 외장재를 건물 외부에 견고하게 고정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 외관을 미려하게 되고, 또한 구성 부품들의 결합 시간을 단축시키게 된다.
