A speed bump according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fixed body which is fixed to a road where vehicles are driven; a rotary bump which is formed in the fixed body to be rotated in a horizontal direction to the surface of the road and is arranged on the surface of the road to protrude in the width direction of the road to sense the speed of a vehicle which has come in contact with the rotary bump; and a rotation control unit which rotates the rotary bump from the fixed body when the speed of the vehicle sensed by the rotary bump is at a preset speed or at a lower speed. Therefore, the present invention prevents impact from being applied to a vehicle or reduces the speed of the vehicle.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 과속방지턱은, 차량이 운행되는 도로에 고정되는 고정바디; 상기 고정바디에 회동 가능하게 구비되어 상기 도로의 표면과 수평하게 회전되며, 상기 도로의 표면에 상기 도로의 폭 방향으로 돌출되게 배치되어 접촉된 상기 차량의 속도를 감지하는 회전범프; 및 상기 회전범프에서 감지된 상기 차량의 속도가 기설정된 속도 이하이면 상기 고정바디로부터 상기 회전범프가 회전되도록 하는 회전제어수단; 을 포함한다.
