APPARATUS FOR HORIZONTAL MEASUREMENT OF INCLINATION ANGLE
The present invention is to provide an inclination angle horizontal measuring device capable of preventing the overturning of heavy equipment, reducing fatal human and material damages, and performing a night work stably by including: an inclinometer to measure horizontal and incline degrees and provide the degrees to a driver of the heavy equipment when the overturning of the heavy equipment is prevented; a warning notification unit to prevent the overturning of the heavy equipment in advance by informing the driver of the incline corresponding to the overturning of the heavy equipment in the inclinometer and visually or acoustically and rapidly informing the driver of a previous inclined angle of an inclination angle wherein the overturning of the heavy equipment occurs; and a holding unit to closely fixate the inclinometer from right and left directions and connect and fixate the inclinometer to a front side of the driver of the heavy equipment.
본 발명은, 중장비 기기의 전복을 방지함에 있어 수평 및 경사의 정도를 측정하여 중장비 기기의 운전자에게 제시하는 수평계와, 상기 수평계에서 중장비 기기의 전복에 해당되는 경사를 미리 운전자에게 알리되, 중장비 기기의 전복이 일어나는 경사각의 이전 경사각에서 운전자에게 시각적 또는 청각적으로 다급하게 알려 중장비 기기의 전복을 미리 예방하는 경고알림수단과, 상기 수평계를 좌우 방향에서 밀착 고정하여 중장비 기기의 운전자 전방 부위에 체결 고정하는 거치부를 포함하여, 중장비 기기의 전복을 예방하고 이로 인한 인적 및 물적 피해를 줄임과 동시 야간 작업을 안전하게 수행할 수 있는 경사각 수평측정장치를 제공한다.
