FLOORING COMPRISING POLYVINYLBUTYRAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flooring material containing polyvinylbutyral enabling a remarkably increase in the content of an inorganic charging material without a decrease of material properties or characteristics of the flooring material by using a resin composite containing PVC and polyvinylbutyral instead of PVC forming a base layer which is one component of the flooring material and having mechanical properties such as durability and the like improved by the same. The flooring material according to the present invention includes a base layer containing PVC; a print layer formed on the base layer; and a surface layer formed on the print layer. The present invention is characterized by a fact that the base layer includes the resin composite containing PVC and polyvinylbutyral and the inorganic charging material.
본 발명은 바닥재의 일 구성요소인 베이스층을 구성하는 폴리염화비닐 대신 폴리염화비닐과 폴리비닐부틸알을 포함하는 수지조성물을 사용하는 것에 의하여 바닥재의 물성 내지는 특성의 저하 없이 무기충진재의 함량을 크게 높이는 것을 가능하게 하고, 그에 의하여 내구성 등 기계적 물성 등을 향상시킨 바닥재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 상기 바닥재는 폴리염화비닐을 포함하는 기재층, 상기 기재층 상에 형성되는 인쇄층 및 상기 인쇄층 상에 형성되는 표면층을 포함하되, 여기에서 상기 기재층이 폴리염화비닐과 폴리비닐부틸알을 포함하는 수지조성물과 무기충진재를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
