Provided is a porous ceramic tile including a composition for a porous ceramic tile, which contains metal particles, ceramic particles, vitreous binding materials, and fertile materials. A method for manufacturing a porous ceramic tile comprises the following steps: forming a mixture by mixing ceramic particles, vitreous binding materials, and fertile materials; forming slurry by grinding the mixture and forming granular powder by spray-drying the slurry; forming a porous ceramic tile by press-forming the granular powder; applying so that a solution in which a metal precursor is dissolved permeates through the porous ceramic tile; and treating the porous ceramic tile by heat. In addition, the manufacturing method of a porous ceramic tile comprises: forming a mixture by mixing ceramic particles, vitreous binding materials, and fertile materials; forming slurry by grinding the mixture and forming granular powder by spray-drying the slurry; forming a plurality of elementary particles by applying a solution in which a metal precursor is dissolved to permeate through the granular powder while stirring the granular powder; forming a porous ceramic tile by press-forming the elementary particles; and treating the porous ceramic tile by heat.
