EMERGENCY OPERATING SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
The present invention relates to an emergency operating system for a construction machinery comprising: a joystick to which an operation command for construction machinery is inputted; a controller which generates an operation signal corresponding to the operation command from the joystick; a hydraulic device arranged in each part of the construction machinery; an electro-hydraulic control valve which operates the hydraulic device by the operation signal from the controller; and an operation part providing an emergency operation function to transfer the operation signal to the controller when the controller judges that a process of transferring the operation signal of the joystick is abnormal.
본 발명은 건설장비의 비상 조작 시스템에 관한 것으로 건설장비의 조작 명령을 입력 받는 조이스틱; 상기 조이스틱의 조작 명령에 상응하는 조작 신호를 생성하는 컨트롤러; 상기 건설장비의 각 부에 배치되는 유압장치; 상기 컨트롤러의 조작 신호에 의해 상기 유압장치를 작동시키는 전자유압제어밸브; 및 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 조이스틱의 조작신호 전달 과정에 이상이 발생한 것으로 판단하면, 상기 컨트롤러에 조작 신호를 전달하는 비상 조작 기능을 제공하는 조작부;를 포함한다.
