HORIZONTAL REGULATION TOOL FOR SUPPORTING DOOR-FRAME
The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting the horizontal balance of a door frame capable of adjusting the horizontal balance by aligning the height of a door frame while being placed beneath the lower part of the door frame when the door frame is constructed. According to the present invention, an upper supporting plate (20) is supported and installed by an inclined surface corresponding to each other in the upper part of one side of a lower base (10), as a height adjusting screw (30) horizontally inserted and assembled in the center of the upper supporting plate and lower base is forward and reverse rotation adjusted, while the upper supporting plate (20) is vertically slide-moved along the inclined surface in the lower base (10), the height of the door frame (100) is aligned, thereby the horizontal balance is adjusted. The present invention has effects of not only improving manufacture productivity but also reducing manufacture costs due to a simple structure, having excellent use convenience, having excellent supporting strength of a door frame, and thereby maximizing merchantability.
본 발명은 문틀 시공시 문틀 하부에 받쳐 놓고 문틀의 높낮이를 맞추어 수평 발란스를 조절하는 문틀 수평 발란스 조절장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 하부 베이스(10) 일측 상부에 상부 지지판(20)을 서로 대응되는 경사면에 의해 지지 설치하되, 상기 상부 지지판과 하부 베이스의 중앙에 수평으로 삽입되어 조립되는 높낮이 조절 스크류(30)를 정,역 회전 조절하는 것에 의해 상부 지지판(20)이 하부 베이스(10)에서 경사면을 따라 상,하로 슬라이드 이동하면서 문틀(100)의 높낮이를 맞추어 수평 발란스를 조절하는 것으로 간단한 구조에 의해 제조 생산성 향상 및 제조 원가 절감은 물론 사용 편리성이 우수하고, 문틀의 지지 견고성도 우수하여 상품성을 극대화하는데 그 특징이 있다.
