WATER PERMEABLE FUNCTIONAL BLOCKS FOR WORKING AND DRIVING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a water-permeable sidewalk block, a boundary block, or a brick and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a functional sidewalk block, a brick, or a boundary block using slag generated in a smelting process and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the water-permeable sidewalk block, the brick, or the boundary stone comprises: 100 parts by weight of a packing material formed of 60-100 wt% of atomized smelting slag and 0-40 wt% of elastic chips; 0.1-40 parts by weight of one or more among an anion stone, a far-infrared radiator, an antibacterial agent, and a deodorant; and 5-100 parts by weight of a binder. Therefore, the present invention has water permeability, anion generation, far infrared radiation, antibacterial and deodorizing effects, and antistatic features.
본 발명은 투수성, 기능성 보도 블록, 경계 블록, 벽돌 및 그 제조 방법들에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제련 과정에서 발생하는 슬래그를 이용한 기능성 보도 블록, 벽돌 이나 경계블록 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 투수성, 기능성 보도 블록, 벽돌 또는 경계석은 아토마이징된 제강 슬래그 60~100 중량%와 탄성칩 0~40 중량%로 이루어진 포장재 100 중량부에 음이온 발생석, 원적외선 방사체, 항균제, 및 탈취제로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분 0.1- 40 중량부 및 바인더 5~100 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성, 음이온발생, 원적외선 방사, 항균 및 탈취효과, 대전방지 등의 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
