APPARATUS FOR DRILLING GROUND AND METHOD FOR DRILLING GROUND USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a ground drilling apparatus, and a ground drilling method using the same. The ground drilling apparatus comprises: an excavating part; a circulating liquid supply part; a filling member supply part; and a sensor part. The excavating part rotates to excavate a ground; the circulating liquid supply part supplies a circulating liquid to discharge excavated soil generated as the excavating part excavates the ground; the filling member supply part is installed to be connected to the circulating liquid supply part, supplying a filling member to harden the ground; the sensor part measures a rotational speed of the excavating part; and the filling member supply part hardens the ground by supplying the filling member when the rotational speed measured by the sensor part is less than a reference speed. According to the present invention, whenever an inner wall of a drilled hole collapses, the interior of a hollow wall is grouted instead of the entire ground being grouted; thus improving an efficiency in drilling work.
본 발명은 지반을 굴착하기 위해 회전하는 굴착부, 상기 굴착부가 지반을 굴착함에 따라 발생하는 굴착토를 배출시키기 위한 순환수를 공급하는 순환수공급부, 상기 순환수공급부에 연결되게 설치되고, 지반을 경화시키기 위한 충진부재를 공급하는 충진부재공급부, 및 상기 굴착부가 회전하는 회전속도를 측정하기 위한 센서부를 포함하고, 상기 충진부재공급부는 상기 센서부가 측정한 회전속도가 기준속도 미만이면 상기 충진부재를 공급하여 지반을 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지반 천공장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 천공 내벽이 무너질 경우, 지반 전체를 그라우팅하는 대신 천공 내벽이 무너질 때마다 공벽 안을 그라우팅하도록 구현됨으로써 지반을 굴착하는 굴착작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
