ROTARY TYPE SCREEN
Disclosed is a rotary screen which is installed in an open channel such as a sewage treatment plant, an irrigation canal, a river, etc. to filter out an impurity contained in a water current. According to the present invention, the rotary screen comprises: a main frame having a guide rail formed thereon; a screen consisting of a plurality of screen bars arranged in the main frame at regular intervals; an apron formed in a plate shape and installed on an upper portion of the screen; a scraper to scrape and raise an impurity filtered out by the screen; and a scraper drive unit comprising an endless chain continuously rotating along the guide rail to circulate the scraper along the screen. The screen is installed on a rear of the guide rail guiding circulation of the endless chain in the main frame.
하수 처리장, 관계형 수로, 하천 등 다양한 개수로에 설치되어 수류에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내는 로터리식 제진기가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 로터리식 제진기는, 가이드 레일이 형성된 주 프레임, 주 프레임 사이에 일정 간격으로 배열되는 다수의 스크린 바로 구성된 스크린, 스크린 상부에 설치되는 판형상의 에이프런, 스크린을 통해 걸러진 협잡물을 걷어 올리는 스크래퍼, 스크래퍼가 스크린을 따라 순환 이동되도록 가이드 레일을 따라 연속 회전하는 엔드리스 체인을 포함하는 스크래퍼 구동부를 포함하며, 상기 엔드리스 체인의 순환이동을 안내하는 가이드 레일 후방의 주 프레임 사이에 상기 스크린이 설치된 것을 구성의 요지로 한다.
