The present invention relates to a dust collector and, more specifically, to a grid type dust collector, wherein a structure of a screen is formed in a grid shape, such that small foreign matters are efficiently filtered. According to the present invention, the grid type dust collector comprises: a frame (A1) installed on both sides of a waterway; a driving chain (A2) rotating along a guide groove on both sides of the frame in a caterpillar type; a screen (A3) having comb teeth vertically installed on the lower part of the frame to filter foreign matters included in a water flow; a rake (A4) connected and installed to the driving chain of both sides and having a protrusion (A41) extended into a space between the comb teeth of the screen (A3) to swipe up the foreign matters filtered in the screen (A3); and an apron (A5) installed on the upper part of the frame to be connected to the screen (A3) to swipe the foreign matters swiped up by the rake (A4) therein. Moreover, since comb teeth having the same interval as that of the vertical screen (A3) are horizontally installed on the rear surface of the vertical screen (A3) of the dust collector, a rear screen (10) allows a shape coupled to the vertical screen (A3) to form a grid shape when viewed from a front side. The rake (A4) includes an attractor (20) formed on the bottom surface of an end of the protrusion (A41), and an attractor groove (30) to pass the attractor (20) is formed between the comb teeth of the vertical screen (A3) of the rear screen (10) and on the surface of the apron (A5).
본 발명은 제진기에 관한 것으로, 특히 스크린의 구조가 바둑판 형태로 이루어져 작은 협잡물도 효율적으로 걸러낼 수 있게 한 바둑판형 제진기에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 바둑판형 제진기는 수로의 양측에 설치되는 프레임(A1); 상기 프레임의 양측 안내홈을 따라 무한궤도로 회전하는 구동체인(A2); 상기 프레임의 하부에 빗살이 수직으로 설치되어 수류에 포함된 협잡물이 걸려지게 하는 스크린(A3); 상기 양측의 구동체인에 연결설치되고 스크린(A3)의 빗살 사이의 내부로 연장되는 돌기(A41)가 형성되어 스크린(A3)에 걸려진 협잡물을 쓸어올리는 레이크(A4); 상기 프레임의 상부에 스크린(A3)과 연결되도록 설치되어 레이크(A4)에 의해 쓸어올린 협잡물을 쓸어담는 에어프런(A5)이 구성되어 있는 제진기에 있어서, 상기 제진기의 수직형 스크린(A3)의 후면에 수직형 스크린(A3)과 동일한 간격을 갖는 빗살이 수평으로 설치되어 전방에서 봤을 때 수직형 스크린(A3)과 결합 된 모양이 바둑판 형태로 이루어지게 한 후면스크린(10)이 더 구성되고, 상기 레이크(A4)는 돌기(A41) 끝단 저면에 끌개(20)가 더 구성되며, 상기 후면스크린(10)의 수직형 스크린(A3) 빗살 사이와 에어프런(A5)의 표면에 끌개(20)가 지나갈 수 있는 끌개홈(30)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a dust collector and, more specifically, to a grid type dust collector, wherein a structure of a screen is formed in a grid shape, such that small foreign matters are efficiently filtered. According to the present invention, the grid type dust collector comprises: a frame (A1) installed on both sides of a waterway; a driving chain (A2) rotating along a guide groove on both sides of the frame in a caterpillar type; a screen (A3) having comb teeth vertically installed on the lower part of the frame to filter foreign matters included in a water flow; a rake (A4) connected and installed to the driving chain of both sides and having a protrusion (A41) extended into a space between the comb teeth of the screen (A3) to swipe up the foreign matters filtered in the screen (A3); and an apron (A5) installed on the upper part of the frame to be connected to the screen (A3) to swipe the foreign matters swiped up by the rake (A4) therein.
