ARTIFICIAL LIGHT WEIGHT AGGREGATION AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to artificial lightweight aggregate prepared by using a steelmaking byproduct, and a preparing method thereof. The steelmaking byproduct includes: 30-70 parts by weight of blast furnace slag; 10-40 parts by weight of fly ash; 20-50 parts by weight of limestone sludge; 5-10 parts by weight of sewage sludge; and 4-12 parts by weight of an alkaline activator. According to the present invention, the artificial lightweight aggregate can have excellent mechanical strength and water absorption rate while being cost-effective and eco-friendly by using the steelmaking byproduct and waste as main raw materials.
본 발명은 고로슬래그 30 내지 70 중량부, 플라이 애쉬(Fly Ash) 10 내지 40 중량부, 석회석 슬러지 20 내지 50 중량부, 하수 슬러지 5 내지 10 중량부, 및 알칼리 활성화제 4 내지 12 중량부를 포함하는 제철 부산물을 이용한 인공 경량골재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제철 부산물 및 폐기물을 주원료로 사용함으로써 경제적이고 친환경적으로 기계적 강도 및 흡수율이 우수한 인공 경량골재를 제공할 수 있다.
ARTIFICIAL LIGHT WEIGHT AGGREGATION AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to artificial lightweight aggregate prepared by using a steelmaking byproduct, and a preparing method thereof. The steelmaking byproduct includes: 30-70 parts by weight of blast furnace slag; 10-40 parts by weight of fly ash; 20-50 parts by weight of limestone sludge; 5-10 parts by weight of sewage sludge; and 4-12 parts by weight of an alkaline activator.
