LIGHT WEIGHT ARTIFICIAL BASALT WITH GEOMETRIC STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a lightweight artificial basalt with a geometric structure as a pillar stone wall block having polygonal horizontal cross sections. The lightweight artificial basalt comprises: a first layer made of a concrete material with at least three side surfaces and a basalt textured upper surface; a second layer formed under the first layer and made of a lightweight foamed concrete material with side surfaces having the same structure as that of the first layer; and a stirring layer formed between the first layer and the second layer to integrate the two layers, and formed as the concrete material and the lightweight foamed concrete material are mixed. According to the present invention, delivery and construction of stone wall blocks can be easily performed, and natural images of stone walls similar to natural basalt can be implemented. In addition, stone walls with various patterns can be easily constructed without advanced technical skills.
본 발명은 수평 단면이 다각형인 기둥형 돌담 블록으로서, 적어도 셋 이상의 측면과 현무암 질감의 상면이 있는 콘크리트 재질의 제1층과, 상기 제1층의 하부에 형성되며, 상기 제1층과 동일한 구조의 측면이 있는 경량기포 콘크리트 재질의 제2층과, 상기 제1층 및 제2층 사이에 형성되어 두 층을 일체화시키며, 콘크리트 재질과 경량기포 콘크리트 재질이 혼합되어 있는 교반층으로 구성되는 기하학적 구조의 경량 인조 현무암을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 돌담 블록의 운반과 시공이 용이하며, 천연 현무암과 유사하게 자연스러운 돌담의 이미지를 구현할 수 있고, 고도의 기술력이 없이도 다양한 문양의 돌담을 쉽게 시공할 수 있다.
