SPACER FOR STRIPPING DECK PLATE AND STRIPPING DECK
The present invention relates to a mountain-shaped support frame spacer for a mold-removable deck and a mold-removable deck and, more specifically, relates to a mountain-shaped support frame spacer for the mold-removable deck disposed between a truss girder and a mold board to play a role of a spacer; and to simultaneously fixate an upper chord member and a lower chord member, and a mold-removable deck. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the mountain-shaped support frame spacer for the mold-removable deck is disposed between a truss girder and a mold board, and comprises: a mountain-shaped support frame made of steel, including a seating portion formed horizontally, a diagonal portion extended downwards from both ends of the seating portion in an outer diagonal direction, and a horizontal mounting portion extended towards the outside of the diagonal portion; and a support block made of a synthetic resin material in block form, formed on the ends of both sides of the mountain-shaped support frame to embed a lower part of the diagonal portion and the horizontal mounting portion of the mountain-shaped support frame therein, and provided with a cut portion formed by cutting a portion of an upper part thereof to expose an upper part of the embedded horizontal mounting portion and a bolt hole formed from a lower surface thereof in a vertically upward direction.
본 발명은 탈형 데크용 산형 받침틀 스페이서 및 탈형 데크에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 트러스거더와 거푸집널 사이에 구비되어 스페이서의 역할을 함과 동시에 트러스거더의 상현재 및 하현재를 동시에 고정할 수 있는 탈형 데크용 산형 받침틀 스페이서 및 탈형 데크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 탈형 데크용 산형 받침틀 스페이서의 바람직한 일 실시예는 트러스거더와 거푸집널 사이에 구비되어지는 산형 받침틀 스페이서에 있어서, 수평으로 형성되는 안착부와, 안착부의 양단부에서 외측의 사선방향의 하방으로 연장되는 사선부와, 사선부의 외측으로 연장되는 수평 결합부로 형성되며, 강재로 이루어지는 산형 받침틀과; 합성수지재질의 블럭형태로, 산형 받침틀의 사선부의 하부와 수평 결합부가 매입되도록 산형 받침틀의 양측단부에 형성되며, 매입된 수평 결합부의 상부가 노출되도록 상부의 일부가 절삭되어 절삭부가 형성되고, 하부면에서 수직 상방으로 볼트공이 형성되는 받침 블럭;으로 구성된다.
