Spacer for Stripping Deck Plate and Stripping Deck
The present invention relates to a spacer for a separation deck having an end finishing member, and a steel plate separation deck. The present invention forms an n-type installation member between a truss girder and a sheathing board to easily separate the sheathing board and maintain covering thickness of the truss girder to prevent leakage along the installation member or exposure of an end part of the installation member after separation of the sheathing board. According to one preferable embodiment, the spacer for a separation deck comprises: the installation member having a horizontal holding unit formed at predetermined length in a horizontal direction and a support unit individually extended downward from opposite end parts of the horizontal holding unit and having a coupling hole formed with screw-threads on an inner circumferential surface up to predetermined height from each lower end part to an upper portion; and an end part finishing member having a through-hole formed in a center portion thereof and configured to enable the support unit to be inserted into the through-hole.
본 발명은 n형의 설치부재가 트러스거더와 거푸집널 사이에 구성되도록 함으로써 거푸집널의 탈형을 용이하게 하고 트러스거더의 피복두께를 유지하도록 하며, 거푸집널의 탈형 이후에도 설치부재를 따라 누수가 되거나 설치부재의 단부의 노출을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 단부 마감부재가 구성된 탈형 데크용 스페이서 및 강판 탈형 데크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 탈형 데크용 스페이서의 바람직한 일 실시예는 강재로 이루어지며, 일정길이 수평방향으로 형성되는 수평 거치부와, 수평 거치부의 양단부에서 각각 하부로 연장되며 각 하단부에서 상부로 일정 높이까지 내주면에 나사산이 형성된 결합공이 형성된 받침부로 이루어지는 설치부재와; 중앙부에 관통공이 형성되며 관통공에 받침부가 끼워지도록 구성되는 단부 마감부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
