APPARATUS FOR PENETRATING SOIL NAIL
An apparatus for inserting a soil nail is disclosed. According to the present invention, the apparatus for inserting a soil nail comprises: a soil nail having a tip portion formed on one side thereof and inserted into the ground, and ribs connecting gaps between nodes formed at regular intervals; and a main body unit penetrated by the soil nail in a longitudinal direction of the soil nail while positioning the tip portion of the soil nail in an insertion direction with respect to the ground. The main body unit comprises: a wedge unit having one or more concave units or convex units which are meshed with one or more nodes formed on the soil nail or press the nodes; and an inclined surface formed on one side of the wedge unit and meshed with the soil nail in the longitudinal direction of the soil nail to operate as a wedge with respect to an inclined surface of the main body unit and a corresponding surface. Also, the main body unit fixes the soil nail meshed with the concave units on the inclined surface of the main body unit corresponding to the inclined surface of the wedge unit by a wedge action to drive the soil nail into the ground in a driving direction.
소일 네일 관입 장치에 대해서 개시한다. 본 발명의 소일 네일 관입 장치는, 일측에 지반에 관입되는 첨두부를 가지고 있고, 규칙적인 간격으로 형성된 마디와 마디 사이를 연결하는 리브로 이루어지는 소일 네일; 및 소일 네일의 첨두부가 지반에 대한 관입 방향으로 위치한 채로 그 길이 방향을 따라서 삽입 관통되는 본체부;를 포함하는 소일 네일 관입 장치에 있어서, 본체부는, 소일 네일에 형성된 하나 이상의 마디에 대응하여 맞물리도록 또는 이 마디를 누르는 하나 이상의 오목부 또는 볼록부가 형성되고, 소일 네일의 길이 방향을 따라서 소일 네일과 맞물려서 본체부의 경사면과 대응면에 대해서 쐐기 작용을 하도록 그 일측면에 경사면이 형성된 웻지부를 포함하며, 또한, 본체부는, 웻지부의 경사면에 대응하는 본체부의 경사면과 함께 웻지부의 하나 이상의 오목부와 맞물리는 소일 네일을 쐐기 작용으로 고정시켜 항타 방향으로 소일 네일을 지중으로 타입시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
