CLAY PLASTER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND THEREOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a plastering material, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method using a plastering material. The manufacturing method of a plastering material creates a dust cloud in a raw material to suck dust with air to collect only pure particles; inserts the collected particles, natural fiber which plays a role of a dispersing agent, and a medicinal herb into a mixer; and then stirs the mixture to manufacture a plastering material. Additionally, the construction method using a plastering material comprises: a first step of mixing the plastering material with water to make plaster; a second step of firstly plastering the plaster of the first step on a plastering surface or a wall finishing surface at a thickness of 2-3 mm; a third step of secondly plastering when the first plastering of the second step is dried, and using a paper scraper having a protrusion and a groove to scrape a plastered surface to form a design resembling a stratum; and a fourth step of continuously plastering the plastering material over the second plastering of the third step when the second plastering is dried to increase the thickness of the plastering and finish the second plastering.
본 발명은 미장재와 그 제조방법, 그리고 미장재를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 원료에 먼지를 일으켜 에어로 빨아들여서 순수한 미립자만 채취하고, 이 채취된 미립자를 혼합기에 넣고 분산제 역할을 하는 천연섬유와 한약재를 넣은 후 교반하여 미장재를 제조한다. 또한 이 미장재와 물을 혼합하여 반죽을 만드는 1단계; 상기 1단계의 반죽을 석고면이나 벽 마감면 위에 일차적으로 2~3mm로 초벌 미장하는 2단계; 상기 2단계의 초벌 미장이 건조되면 재벌 미장하되 돌기와 홈을 갖는 간지 헤라를 이용하여 미장한 면을 긁어주어 지층 느낌의 디자인이 연출되도록 하는 3단계; 상기 3단계의 재벌 미장이 건조되면 계속해서 미장재를 덧입혀 살을 올리면서 재벌 마감을 하는 4단계;로 구성되는 시공방법을 제공한다.
