METAL SHINGLE CONTAIN CLAY MIXTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THIS
The present invention relates to a metal shingle used on a roof and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a metal shingle containing a red clay mixture and a manufacturing method thereof. An acryl base playing a role of an adhesive is coated on a metal plate to improve the appearance of a house, and a red clay mixture is disposed on the acryl base to improve the appearance of a shingle. The metal plate is used to improve durability and handling and allow mass production. Color pigments are selectively added to the red clay mixture to manufacture metal shingles of various colors. A coating step, a forming step, a drying step, and a plasticizing step are sequentially performed to improve durability and simplify a manufacturing process.
본 발명은 지붕에 사용되는 금속기와와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 가옥의 미관적 아름다움을 살리기 위하여 금속강판에, 접착제 역할을 하는 아크릴베이스가 도포되고, 그 위에 황토 혼합물이 구비되어, 기와의 미관적 아름다움을 확보함과 동시에, 금속강판을 이용함에 따라 내구성, 취급용이성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 대량생산이 가능하며, 색상안료를 황토 혼합물에 선택적으로 가미함에 따라 다양한 색상의 금속기와를 제작할 수 있는 황토 혼합물을 포함한 금속기와와 코팅단계, 형성단계, 건조단계 및 소성단계를 순차적으로 진행하여 형성함에 따라 견고하고, 내구성이 향상되며 제조공정이 간단한 황토 혼합물을 포함한 금속기와의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
