The present invention relates to a safety lifting system for a gang form, capable of preventing an accident due to a fall of a gang form, and preventing a worker from releasing an anchor bolt by an impact wrench or a monkey wrench when a safety ring unit is not lifted upward by a crane wherein a structure of the safety lifting system for the gang form is simple. The safety lifting system for the gang form comprises: a protrusion plate (214) having a through hole (212), protruding from a front side on an outer surface on a center of a fixing member (210); a return spring (216) located between the through holes (209) of the fixing member (210) to be rotated; a hinge (218) inserted into the through hole (209) of the fixing member (210) and a return spring (216); an unwinding prevention unit (224) having a groove (222) to lock or remove an anchor bolt (220) by being located on the fixing member (210) at a fixated interval to be able to rotate; and a vertical shaft (226) coupled to a nut (figure is omitted) by being inserted into the through hole (212) of the protrusion plate (214), the through hole of the fixing plate (306), and the through hole of a protection plate (304), and rotating the unwinding prevention unit (224) in a normal direction or a reverse direction by being installed in the unwinding prevention unit (224) in accordance with the sliding of the safety ring unit (302).
본 발명은 구조가 간단함과 아울러 크레인에 의해 안전고리부를 상부로 인양하지 않았을 경우 임팩트 렌치 또는 멍키 렌치로 작업자가 임의로 앵커볼트를 푸를 수 없고, 갱폼의 추락에 따른 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 갱폼 안전 인양 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 고정부재(210)의 중앙 외면에 정면 측으로 돌출되되, 관통공(212)을 구비하고 있는 돌출판(214)과; 상기 고정부재(210)의 관통공(209)과 고정부재(210)의 관통공(209) 사이에 회전가능하게 위치되는 리턴스프링(216)과; 상기 고정부재(210)의 관통공(209) 및 리턴스프링(216)에 끼워지는 힌지(218)와; 상기 고정부재(210)로부터 일정간격을 두고 회전 가능하게 위치되어 앵커볼트(220)를 잠금하거나 제거할 때 도와 주는 홈(222)을 갖는 풀림방지부(224)와; 상기 돌출판(214)의 관통공(212), 고정판(306)의 관통공 및 보호판(304)의 관통공에 끼워져 너트(도시는 생략함)에 체결됨과 동시에 풀림방지부(224)에 설치되어 상기 안전고리부(302)의 슬라이딩에 따라 풀림방지부(224)를 시계방향 또는 반시계방향으로 회전시키는 수직축(226)을 포함한다.
