The present invention relates to an eco-friendly electrical device for collecting sun-dried salt, which can effectively collect sun-dried salt, and at the same time, can perform three functions to push and accumulate sun-dried salt generated in a crystallizing pond of a mud flat salt pond to be put into a cart. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the eco-friendly electrical device for collecting sun-dried salt comprises: a body having two advance wheels for driving and one wheel for left and right rotation; a bucket type main electrical device and a left and right auxiliary blade electrical device which are attached to a central shaft of an excavator; a silicon blade detachably attached to a lower portion of the electrical device; an excavator cylinder mounted on the body; and a control device unit controlling a driving means of a vehicle body, a steering means, and operation of the excavator in a vertical direction and a front and rear direction.
본 발명은 천일염을 효율적으로 채취할 수 있는 천일염 채취용 친환경 전동대파에 관한 것으로, 갯벌염전의 결정지에서 생성된 천일염을 밀어서 모으고 대차에 담는, 3가지의 기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 발명되었다. 상세하게는 현재 전통 갯벌염전에서 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 나무판지에 자전거 타이어를 붙여 만든 전통대파(고무래)를 친환경 전동기계식으로 대체함으로써, 염전의 노동력 절감과 천일염 생산성 증대는 물론, 환경 친화적인 생산도구를 지향하고자 하며, 채취기의 전동식대파의 길이와 중량은 염전환경(제방높이 및 폭, 바닥 조건, 도자기 또는 장판, 채염 넓이 등)을 충분히 고려하여 발명하였으며, 대파에 부착하는 고무는 식품위생에 부합하는 실리콘소재를 사용하였다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 천일염 채취용 친환경 전동대파는 염전의 결정지 바닥에 생성된 소금을 채취하고 퍼 올려 담는 기능의 천일염 채취기에 있어서, 주행용 전진바퀴 2개와 좌우 회전용 바퀴 1개가 달린 본체와, 본체의 전방에 천일염을 주행방향으로 밀고 모아 담는 기능과 동시에 수압을 분산시킬 수 있도록 좌우 후방벽면을 타공한 버켓형 메인대파와 버켓 좌우측에 실린더 접이식으로 부착되어 천일염을 밀고 모으는 기능을 수행하는 좌우 보조날개 대파가 포크레인 중심축에 부착되며, 주행 시 결정지 바닥에 밀착되어 천일염 알갱이를 주행 방향으로 깨끗하게 밀고 갈 수 있도록 친환경소재인 실리콘 블레이드가 탈부착으로 대파하부에 부착되며, 소금결정체를 물과 함께 밀고 모으고 채취된 소금을 소금대차에 퍼 담는 상하전후 기능이 가능한 포크레인 실린더가 중심 프레임으로 본체에 장착되며, 차체의 주행수단, 조향수단, 포크레인 상하전후의 구동을 제어하는 제어장치부로 구비되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
